How this board is sorted

S is full or unlimited flight, A is hover, B is limited stamina, C is flightless but strong in water, and D is flightless on land. Cost is noted so you can see the wait. A cheap sparrow and an expensive Argentavis can share S because both cross the map in the air. Game passes are left off this board so Robux and Feathers are not mixed into one ladder.

Which Feather Family πŸŽƒ [Burrowing Owl] boards are on this hub?

Two jobs, two lists. Open a child page for the long table. This hub is the snapshot.

Tiermap-travel12 ranked rows.

S tier

map-travelSparrowFree starter with unlimited flight once grown. The fastest way to learn the map without spending Feathers.

Player decision Use a Sparrow for your first flights and nest, then switch when you want a specific look or ability.

map-travelRavenUnlimited flyer at 25 Feathers, about 7.5 minutes of active play. The Burrowing Owl-era notes also give ravens Mimic.

Player decision A first paid bird if you want calls and map range without a long save.

map-travelPelagornisFull-flight seabird at 1,800 Feathers, about 9 hours. Large wings for ocean and Skylands routes.

Player decision Save for it when you want a prehistoric flyer rather than another songbird.

map-travelArgentavisFull flight plus a hover action at 2,000 Feathers, about 10 hours.

Player decision Pick Argentavis over Pelagornis if you want to hold still in the air.

A tier

map-travelHummingbirdHover flight at 50 Feathers. It can sit still in the air, which is precise and slower to learn than a sparrow's glide.

Player decision Good second bird if you like small scale. Call pitch stays high because the model is small.

map-travelRobotHover flight at 5,000 Feathers, about 25 hours. A non-Robux spectacle morph with its own egg.

Player decision Only if you specifically want the mechanical look. Map travel does not require it.

B tier

map-travelChickenFree, but flight is stamina-limited. When the bar empties you descend until you rest.

Player decision Fine for Village roleplay. Use a sparrow or duck when you need another biome quickly.

map-travelArchaeopteryxLimited flight at 1,200 Feathers, with climbing claws. Updated chicks have a short flight too.

Player decision Choose it for fossil roleplay and trees, not for nonstop cruising.

C tier

map-travelEmperor PenguinFlightless swimmer at 150 Feathers. Water routes and the Sanctuary underwater glass suit it. Land trips use teleport.

Player decision Pair it with the map teleport list instead of trying to fly to Skylands.

map-travelKumimanuFlightless prehistoric penguin at 1,600 Feathers. Sprint becomes a belly slide. In water it can leap high.

Player decision A later swimmer if Emperor Penguin already feels small.

D tier

map-travelMoaFlightless giant at 1,400 Feathers. The female form is described as the largest bird model.

Player decision Best when the scene stays on the ground. Teleport between biomes.

map-travelKelenkenFlightless terror bird at 1,800 Feathers after the July 25, 2025 price change from 1,700.

Player decision A ground predator look. Do not buy it expecting eagle flight.
